Beverly Sigler opened the doors of Gold Coast Title Company in 1972 with J. Herman Dance. Having managed the company for over twenty-six years, she has successfully carried on the reputation of the company providing first rate service to the real estate industry and the community.
Holly Shapiro-Robillard joined the company in 1986. With her many years of experience and expert knowledge of the real estate industry she has developed a reputation of first rate service. Together as a team, both Beverly and Holly can provide you with expert service and they pride themselves on their "hands-on" working relationship with each party involved throughout the closing process. They are committed to each file, insuring a timely and smooth closing. Not only successful within the business community, they are active members of the community, having served and chaired on numerous committees. Their awards and accolades are proof.
